Trash Collection 

Trash day is Wednesday, Recycling is Thursday. Your trash and recycle bins must be stored inside the garage on non-trash or recycle day.   

1. Call City of Orlando Waste 407-246-2314 to request the bins. 
2. Residents can visit https://www.orlando.gov/Trash-Recycling/Trash-Recycling-Yard-Waste-Pick-Up-Schedule or download the Orlando Collects app from the Apple Store or Google Play for the following services.   
3. View their Trash, Recycling & Yard Waste Pick Up Schedule   
4. Set up reminders for service days   
5. Schedule a free collection of large items (appliances, demolition debris, furniture, or other large items)   
6. On the app search using the Waste Wizard for information on how to properly dispose of items and what items are recyclable.

Water and Sewer 

POWER/SEWER OUC  is the Department that services the property. They can be reached at 407-957-7373 www.ouc.com

Internet Provider 

832 Communications is the internet provider for the community that provides a bulk package included through the HOA.
